About Borjomi

Borjomi is recognized for its mineral springs and as the origin of Georgia’s famous Borjomi bottled water.

The town’s location in the Lesser Caucasus mountains provides cooler air, making it a popular spa destination for residents of Tbilisi. From here, travelers often make day trips to Vardzia, the 12th-century cave monastery carved into cliffs, while enjoying extensive hiking routes in the national park.
